Introduction to Rifle / Carbine Course

Course Description: This course is designed to expose the already competent shooter to the mindset, fundamentals,  and practical applications to deploying the carbine in a tactical application.  This course will go over the basics such as weapon operation and maintenance, proper shooting techniques and positions, malfunction and transition drills.  This course is an introductory class and leads to the Intermediate Rifle / Carbine Operators Course. This course is taught by a former military and Certified NRA Rifle Instructors. 

Course Requirements: Eyes/Ears, 200-300 Rounds Rifle ammo, Rifle & Mags w/ Sling, 100 Rounds of Handgun ammo, Handgun & Mags w/Holster 

Duration and Fees:  3 hours, $75.00, Range Fees and Ammunition additional.

Intermediate Rifle / Carbine  Course

Course Description: This 6 hour course is designed competent shooter that is interested in developing their skill set and want to challenge themselves in the tactical applications of a carbine.  This course will cover different shooting techniques and positions, malfunctions under stress, and various other drills  to fine turn the shooters skills.  This course is an secondary class and leads to Carbine Operators Course 3. This course is taught by a former military and Certified NRA Rifle Instructors. 

Course Requirements: Eyes/Ears, 300-500 Rounds Rifle ammo, Rifle & Mags w/ Sling, 100 Rounds of Handgun ammo, Handgun & Mags w/Holster.

Advanced Rifle / Carbine Operators Course

Course Description: This course focuses on tactical speed shooting concepts, development of aggressive gun-handling skills and dynamic action during tactical deployment of the rifle/carbine. The concepts of dominating the weapon, threat, and all visual areas while continuously moving will be emphasized throughout this firearms training class. Students will develop reflexive gun-handling skills with the rifle that will enable them to quickly and efficiently engage threats while performing multiple complex tasks. Students should have solid basic to intermediate gun-handling skills. Keys topics discussed are: Rapid deployment methodology and concepts, Mental conditioning and combat mindset, Enhanced tactical aptitude, Enhanced combat gun-handling skills, Enhanced tactical speed shooting concepts, reducing stimulus / response time, engaging threats while advancing and withdrawing, from static turns and pivots and negotiating obstacles, Close Quarter Battle (CQB) techniques, dynamic position transition while engaging threats from various barricade windows. This course is taught by former military and law enforcement members as well as Certified NRA Instructors.

Course Requirements: Eyes/Ears, 500-600 Rounds Rifle ammo, Rifle & Mags w/ Sling, 200 Rounds of Handgun ammo, Handgun & Mags w/Holster. No M855 Green Tip ammunition permitted.

Introduction to Patrol Rifle Course 

Course Description: This course is designed for the Law Enforcement Officer deploying their patrol rifle in a tactical manner. This class goes beyond the simple use of the rifle and is geared to the Law Enforcement Officer using their rifle while responding to a high risk situation such as shots fired call, barricaded subject, active shooter, school/workplace shooting call, SWAT call-outs, etc. Various uses and methods of carry and deployment under stress will be introduced to the student. This course is open to everyone however it is geared toward LEO's, Security Officer authorized to carry a rifle, or Security Contractors under future deployment. This course is taught by a current / former Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors and Certified NRA Rifle Instructors.

Intermediate LEO Patrol Rifle Course 

Course Description: This course is designed for the Law Enforcement Officer deploying their patrol rifle in a tactical manner. This class goes beyond the simple use of the rifle and is geared to the Law Enforcement Officer using their rifle while responding to a high risk situation such as shots fired call, barricaded subject, active shooter, school/workplace shooting call, SWAT call-outs, etc. This course will cover different shooting techniques and positions, malfunctions under stress, and various other drills  to fine turn the shooters skills.   This course is open to everyone however it is geared toward LEO's, Security Officer authorized to carry a rifle, or Security Contractors under future deployment. Advanced LEO Patrol Rifle Operators Course 

Course Description: This course is designed for the Law Enforcement Officer deploying their patrol rifle in a tactical manner. This class goes beyond the simple use of the rifle and is geared to the Law Enforcement Officer using their rifle while responding to a high risk situation such as shots fired call, barricaded subject, active shooter, school/workplace shooting call, SWAT call-outs, etc. This course is an advanced tactical based class and covers various topics such as situational shooting, stressed induced combat style shoots, and position/situations that are not conducive to the normal shooting platform.This course is open to everyone however it is geared toward LEO's, Security Officer authorized to carry a rifle, or Security Contractors under future deployment. This course is taught by a current Police Firearms Instructors and Certified NRA Rifle Instructors. 

Course Requirements: Eyes/Ears, 1000 Rounds Rifle ammo, Rifle & Mags w/ Sling, 100 Rounds of Handgun ammo, Handgun & Mags w/Holster. No M855 Green Tip ammunition permitted.

Long Distance Precision Shot Course (Designated Marksman Class)

Course Description: This is a 2-day course that provides in-depth training in the fundamental skills needed to successfully shoot at distances up to 1500 yards. This course walks you step-by-step through each skill, explaining both the art and science, to ensure that you understand how to achieve optimal shooting accuracy and deal with adversities commonly found in the field, matches, or hunting. With our team of experienced instructors on hand to answer each question thoroughly and thoughtfully, we’ll train you to understand the mechanics of your rifle and how to properly engage with the environment in which you are shooting. This detailed process will give you a solid foundation of core skills that you can continue to expand on. Come ready to push your limits and test your skills with plenty of range time and challenging shooting drills. Whether you’re brand new to long-range shooting or seeking to compete in precision rifle matches, we provide practical, hands-on training to help you meet these needs. This course held over a 2-day period from 0800 to 1700 hours each day. If you are coming in from out of the area, contact us for more information on travel and lodging arrangements. Topics Covered: The principals of accuracy and fundamentals of marksmanship, Shot group analysis, Rifle set-up and maintenance, Understanding and applying ballistics, Range estimation and field sketching, How to modify DOPE for varying environmental conditions to balance speed and accuracy.

Course Requirements: Eyes/Ears, Rifle: High power rifle (6mm – 30 cal), sling and bipod. 5.56-style rifle is acceptable, Quality tactical scope with mildot or range estimation reticle and externally adjustable turrets, Minimum 100 rounds of match-grade ammunition, Cleaning kit​, A small calculator.
